Thank you. Cyrus would not look out of place in my doctors' surgery ......... 2/3 at any one time must be clinically obese. Hips, knees, diabetes 2, coronary ..........

The Russians had a few fat Generals in the WW I period. Also President of the Duma Michael Rodzianko  sometimes called himself the "fattest man in Russia". Then there is the Russian Minister of the interior 1915-16 Alexei Khvostov.

 

The US also had a few fat Colonels and Generals One told General Pershing the all his fat was "below the neck"
