I am trying to find out any information on my Great uncle Frederick Thomas kendall. He was with the Royal Engineers (no 24234) and believed captured at Mons. His medal roll includes the 1914 star. This is all the information I have on his military service except my Father telling me that his horse went lame and that is why he was captured. He was admitted to Lenham Hospital on his return with Septicaemia (Blood Poisioning), and then in the early 1920,s joined the Royal Ulster Constabulary. Any information no matter how small would be much appreciated.

Regards

Steve.
