Remembering Captain Patrick McCormack RAVC

Remembering the British Officers and two Auxiliaries who were murdered Sunday 21 November 1920, all tragic but especially, Captain Patrick McCormack who was only in Dublin to purchase mules for the Army to be eventually transported to Egypt.

He was murdered in his bedroom at the Gresham Hotel, whilst sitting up in bed reading his Sunday newspaper......he was shot five times and reported to be "finished off" with a hammer.
