Which Albert Parr?

I am trying to find details of my great Uncle (Albert Parr) from the first world war. I have looked in the Medal cards and there are two Albert Parr who were both in the South Lancashire Regiment. Is there anyway to find out the town they were born or next of kin to determine which is the right one.

Thanks Doug. My uncle was born in a place called Billinge, whichis only a few miles from Wigan so there ia a good chance it may be him. Be nice to tie it down

If he was KIA this is the only Albert Parr in the South Lancs recorded on SDGW.

Have you checked the CWGC site as it may have additional information such as next of kin?
