Can anyone give any indication on whether a divisional history exists have been unable to find one.

I *think* the IWM has brief summary histories of all the divisions that saw overseas service. I will try and check. However, they mostly list places and dates and that's about it.

I was surprised Wyrall never published on this Division he covered most of the the constituent regt's.

Just wishful thinking I guess.

There is a collection of Divisional Histories in the Microfilm Room/Library at Kew. I have never scanned them but did read a part of the Butterfly Division (the number escapes me for the moment ! - 19th ?),and was aware of a row of similar publications.

Maybe a "regular" at that establishment from our group can answer this ?
