I gather from another of your postings that you are looking for info relating to a relative wounded on 16th Sept 1916 who died on 17th.

This is the battalion diary for the period in question. It records officer casualties but doesn't give casualty numbers for other ranks except to say "few" or "very few". It does however summarise the losses on operations from Sept 15th to Sept 29th for ORs as 17 killed, 76 wounded, 15 missing. Not much help I'm afraid.

Regards

Jef
