I love to keep tabs on this thread.

I admire your Vimy study, Brian (bpc59), and those compositions at Polygon Wood and Fromelles, gas4401748.

Norman, those are cracking, atmospheric "Sommescapes"!

I hope members will not mind me posting this favourite of mine. It is a composite of tributes to a Scottish soldier seen at Ploegsteert Memorial to the Missing and two verses telling of an earlier conflict.

There are some great photos here. I would say about 80% of those photos gave me goose bumps! Very moving, each 1 of those photo's tells a story i think.
