PBI,

Help an ignorant out here would you, where is that photo taken. It is an embarrasement to me that some of the photos in this thread do not say where they are and as one who has only one visit, to the WF, under their belt I fail to know where they are!

Photograph 1,is that of the REAR of the 47th London Div Memorial at High Wood,Somme

Photograph 2,is that of a Section of Yorkshire Trench,at Boesinghe,Belgium (remarkably empty of Tourists)

i have just spent like 2 hours looking through photos,they are moving shots. (i think my husband thinks i am a bit morbid,we went on holiday to Norfolk last year,to trace my ancestors,and spent days trawling around the cemeteries,even when it was raining)

any more photos?
