2Lt J Clark was killed with passenger 2Lt AGN Wall in Maurice Farman Shorthorn 7062 of 7 Training Squadron on the 6th of August 1917. They got into a spinning nose dive and crashed to their deaths.

This comes off their Casualty Card I recorded at Hendon RAF Museum.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Trevor
