Thanks to 'eviltaxman' for providing information that the above named has on the reverse side of his MIC the fact that he had been subject to a FGCM due to "misconduct. " He was with the RFA Reg No 21358, possibly 48th Brigade (14th Light Division). According to the card his rank was reversed.
