kevin Posted 31 August , 2008 Share Posted 31 August , 2008 Could some kind person check a Pte Fred Linfoot, [ MM ]. 7535, 1st Battalion,West Yorkshire Regiment, killed in action 14/07/1918. The reason i ask is i have a question mark over his MIC, as it states that he had Transferred to the Northumberlad Fusiliers with the number 60769. I have never come across this before, any thoughts? kevin Posted 31 August , 2008 Author Share Posted 31 August , 2008 Mark Cheers mate. Now why does the MIC carry a transfer to the Northumberland Fusiliers? an error ? but why no correction? It's always questions, questions. Cheers again Mark. Regards as always Kevin
