Just wondered if any Australion forum members may have a photo of the grave of one of the chaps from my small village in Yorkshire, it is Lt. James Shorrock DSO, 28TH batt(western australia) infantry, he died just after the war on 26/11/1919 and he is remembered on our village war memorial, I think his grave is a non CWGC one, many years ago i lived near his sister and she gave me an ANZAC cap badge her brother sent her, which i still have to this day,

many thanks,

John.

That would be an official war grave John :)

I have photographed them all but don't have them named.

If you contact Matt Smith of the Aust War Graves photo project he can give you the pic or the number as I sent all the files to him. www.australianwargraves.org

If not I can get it for you next time I am at Karrakatta :)

Bright Blessings

Sandra
