Bob Coulson Posted 25 February , 2004 Share Posted 25 February , 2004 John Freeland was born in Toronto on Nov 7th 1897. He was commissioned 2nd LT in JAN 1916 from the Royal Military College of Canada and joined the 2nd Yorkshires in June 1916. He was KIA July 26th 1917 at the age of 19. Does anyone know if he is remembered on a local war memorial in the Toronto area? Would be grateful for any help. Bob.
