There are also many from HMS Monmouth, touched on in another thread. I cannot find the name 'Sharrock, J.' in CWGC under Royal or Merchant Navy. The memorial has no other clues. Bob Coulson Posted 26 July , 2008 Share Posted 26 July , 2008 SS Monmouth struck a mine off Cherbourg and towed in with no loss of life given Nov 17th 1916.
