Guest greenfield Posted 22 February , 2004 Share Posted 22 February , 2004 Henry Stokes Richards was commissioned into the Essex Regiment, possibly the 10th Service Battalion, during late 1914/early 1915. I have attempted as many permutations as I can think of to make the Gazette cough up info, but with no luck. Can anyone help me with a date of commissioning and a London Gazette reference.
