On the memorial in one of my local churchyards,is the name of a man who was killed in action at Loos,in September,1915. A native of Donnington,Berkshire,he was killed while serving as a Captain,with the 9th Cameronians! It is a long way to Scotland,from here. Many thanks for the info. All the best. Simon.
