Graham Stewart Posted 11 July , 2008 Share Posted 11 July , 2008 Moston, It's the 'City of London National Guard', which equates to a Home Guard unit of WWI. Had I been home I could have posted a photo of one of it's members. They later became part of the Volunteer Training Corps in 1915 & Volunteer Force in 1916, when the VTC was reorganised.
