Can anyone help?

I have recently foung a Victory Medal whilst searching through an old box. It has the name Private W.J. Lupton engraved on it who served in the K.O.Y.L.I and i think the number is 28073.

Are there any family members who would like to claim it?

Looks like he never made it to the end :

Your man was in 11th Northumberland Fusiliers, part of 68 Brigade of 23 Division, which had just come through the Battle of Flers-Courcelette,and on the eve (24 Sept 1916) of the Battle of Morval (25-28 Sept) was in the front line a short distance to the north of Martinpuich. Already our Artillery had opened up a pre-attack barrage on the 24th and it is likely that the Germans were replying with their own Artillery on trenches that they had recently vacated after being pushed back at Flers-Courcelette and, from what I have read, were usually very accurate in ranging onto their own previous lodgings.
