Missmac Posted 1 July , 2008 Share Posted 1 July , 2008 I am just wondering if anyone can help me by hopefully finding some info out for me about one of my relatives who died in action in WW1, Whose name is Thomas James Groom. This is the info I have already had found out for me. Regiment Cops etc:- Machine Gun Corps. Battalion etc:- (Infantry) Enlisted:- Galashiels. Rank:- Sergeant. Number:- 8582. Theatre of war:- France & Flanders. Supplementry notes:- FORMERLY S/3201, SEAFORTH HIGH. Date of death:-21/03/1918.
