55th Field Ambulance / 37 Casualty Clearing Station August 1918

Where were the 55th Field Ambulance and the 37th Casualty Clearing Station located around the time my Grandad was wounded on 22nd August 1918??? He was serving with the 5th Berkshire Regiment. Any help appreciated :D

37 CCS was at Vecquemont between 14/08/18 and 06/09/18.

55 FA was with 18 Div which was involved in the Battle of Albert on 22/08/18. 5 Berks was with 12 Div also involved in the Battle of Albert on 22/08/18. According to the "History of the 12th Division", 5th Berks captured Meaulte on 22/08/18, assisted by three tanks, and capturing 22 MGs.
