This comes from the CWGC site: Name: SPARKS Initials: S Nationality: United Kingdom Rank: Private Regiment: London Regiment Unit Text: 1st/13th Kensington Bn. Date of Death: 05/05/1917 Service No: 491634 Is there a full first name? Any note of next of kin or where born/enlisted?
