Artificier Harry Pearson Lost at sea on the Submarine H10 19th Jan 1918

Any Information Please Peter.

Peter, H 10 was lost on patrol, assumed to be due to accident or mine, with crew of 26.

The Admiralty death record for your man reads:

PEARSON, HARRY, E.R.A., RNR, E A 1511, H.M. Submarine H 10, 19-Jan-18, SHIP LOSS.

Son of John and Margaret Pearson, of Northallerton ; husband of Amelia Pearson, of 18 Newcomen St., Redcar, Yorks.

Killed in loss of vessel in North Sea.

Chatham Memorial is open 0830 - 1700.

For entry Telephone Guard Room at Brompton Barracks, 01634 - 822442.
