MILTARY UNIFORM?

This is a photo of my Great Aunt taken during the Great War.

Is she in military uniform and what is on her right sleeve?

Regards

Sean

I'm not so sure. I didn't think that munition workers wore any semblance of a uniform as they were civilians. But as each factory was privately owned and managed perhaps I am wrong. But I wouldn't have thought that there would have been any semblance of an insignia other than the "on war service" badge which would only be worn outside of the factory. Their working clothes were loose smocks without metal fastenings.
