ulsterlad2 Posted 20 October , 2010 Share Posted 20 October , 2010 Tell ya what's brilliant about this ------ (you probably know this already) Not only are the pdf's searchable by word etc (because sometimes these downloaded items aren't), they are also searchable by page number no matter what pdf you are looking at. For example: Open pdf 10. It says that you are at page 1 of 396. However, the actuall pages are numbered in the 3000's. Simply type in the 'real' page number from the contents list. EG, Say you want to look at a picture on page 3420 but don't know where 3420 lies in the 1 to 396 range, just type 3420 as the page number. Edited by me: Reason: Talking complete nonsense. keithfazzani Posted 27 July , 2013 Share Posted 27 July , 2013 I remember this from school. There was a complete set in the common room, have no idea where they ended up. I spent many an evening leafing through them, have looked in many second hand bookshops for a set to no avail.
