Most AANS nurses served in a home hospital either before overseas service or after returning. Here is a list of the General Hospitals:
Home Service Hospitals

4 AGH – Randwick, Sydney
5 AGH – St Kilda Road, Melbourne
6 AGH – Kangaroo Point, Queensland
7 AGH – Keswick, Adelaide
8 AGH – Fremantle WA
9 AGH – Hobart, Tas
11 AGH – Caulfield, Victoria
12 AGH – Launceston, Tas
13 AGH – Enoggera, Queensland
15 AGH – Torrens Park SA
16 AGH – Macleod, Mont Park Victoria
17 AGH – Enoggera Queensland
23 AGH – Tasmania
