Very impressive, I think you might need to run a masterclass, on how to do this.

Thank you Mandy. It kind of evolved and took on a life of its own.

This was the way I did it, plus a lot of walking the streets following old maps.

Hi Pudsey,

Great Map!

Are you going to add the West Meon men too?

Did you have anything to do with the West Meon Poppy Trail leaflet?

Regards

Alan.

Hi Alan,

Thank you. No, I didn’t know about the West Meon Poppy Trail, but I will now try and get in touch with the people who put it together and see if they would like their work to be added. I started with Petersfield and then got approached by those who did the research for Buriton and East Meon/Langrish. It seemed easier to keep going with the existing map than start new ones, and so it is gradually growing. The more the merrier! I love the way they have made a plaque for each address. We created a town walk for the Petersfield Museum last year, but it would be very satisfying to create something more permanent. Adding to the biographies will keep me busy for many years to come!

Best wishes

Judith

Hi Judith

Very sorry not to have replied, to your earlier reply to me with instructions.  I might have to try and play with my map of the men from Chichester War Memorial.
