Lieutenant Abner Gladstone Virtue - 61st Fld Bty

Lieutenant Paul Bäumer his 30th victory in the air today, 23rd September 1918.
Paul Bäumer was also a fictional character in All Quiet on the Western Front.
Bäumer survived the war, but died in an air crash over Copenhagen in 1927, aged 31.
