HI, 

Does anyone know how long it is taking to get a WWI service record from the MOD at Glasgow??? I applied last January for a WWI service record and am still waiting. I have been trying to contact them by telephone but all I get is line busy. I have also wrote to them some months ago without reply!! Any info would be helpful. Cheers Richard
